My baits are guaranteed against defects in material or craftsmanship. If your bait fails to meet your expectations in workmanship, I will repair or replace it at our discretion at no charge and pay the return shipping charges. This warranty excludes damages caused by abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear or modification. Due to the nature of our sport and the abuse tackle goes through under normal use, the finish and appearance of the bait can only be guaranteed on baits that are new and unused, so when you recieve it, make sure it's finish is satisfactory. I don't want to just sell you an item. I want to form a relationship with my clients, and to do that I have to keep them happy. If you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know and I will do whatever I can to make it right.
